Find your Middle Ground
It only takes a moment.
Time out to go in.
~

When you take time to pause and be present, you open a door to your natural state of being – accepting, loving and content. Most of us are so busy, distracted and moving so fast that we get caught up in the world of “doing” and loose touch with a sense of “being” and who we truly are. We are so outward focused and driven, rather than looking inwards for guidance. Some of us are also afraid to explore our inner world for fear of monsters and dragons. Yet, this is the gateway to the peaceful and loving center that is within every one of us.

When you connect to this place, you are able to let go of judgments and how things should be, or comparing yourself to others. You recognize that your thoughts are not the truth. You trust your intuition and have more clarity about yourself and what really matters. You connect with your authentic being and life energy. You feel a connection to a higher power and can find contentment no matter what occurs in the highs and lows of life. You take life personally, and find freedom here.

Finding your middle ground allows you to be more alive in the flow of all life!

If you want to explore awakening to your center of being, and understanding what might be getting in the way, then please complete the contact form here. I offer a free coaching call via Zoom.

  6. Beautiful, Val. An excellent post to read today. There is something I have noticed with maturity, it is easier to let go of the noise around us and find that what matters most is what we think… and then something you mentioned, which I have never read, that is recognizing that our thoughts are not the truth… patience and openness to understanding is so important. Thank you.

    1. Thank you Randall for your thoughtful response … as always. 💐 Maturity allows us to hone in more to what we appreciate or perceive to be important. When we pause in this reflection we may notice that our thoughts are not really the truth. They are just reflections of what we have come to believe.
This is the threshold to a deeper understanding and appreciation of the world around us and ourselves. Beyond the conditioned mind, and exploring the feeling and sensing state that exists within us. 💛🙏🏻💐

About Me

My name is Val Boyko, a dual citizen living near Philadelphia, originally from Scotland.

This blog came to life one morning in 2013.  I woke up with these words in my mind:  “Life is a series of highs and lows. Be grateful for the highs. Be graceful in the lows. And find contentment in your Middle Ground.”

Find Your Middle Ground blog started to explore, reflect, ask deep questions, share insights about awakening, and connect with wonderful people like yourself. Thank you for being here and being such an inspiration.
