Haiku – when your heart is closed

look up to the sky

~

When your heart is closed

in the isolated dark

look up to the sky.

ย

Open your window

Let the great expanse and light

fill your heart with life.

ย

Let love flow freely.

Pause and nourish your Being.

Find your Middle Ground.

  3. Beautiful Val That is what I have been doing this morning.. Looking up to the sky as we took a walk in glorious Spring Sunshine…. It was good to feel its warmth against our skin instead of the biting cold winds..
Have a very special Easter Weekend..

    1. Thanks Nancy ๐Ÿ™‚ I might not see too many kilts … But the air is fresh and salty, the people down to earth, and the landscape feeds my soul. It will be good to be with family ๐Ÿ™‚

  10. Mmmm, this is simply perfect. From the first lines I took a great breath and simple smiled… “When your heart is closed in the isolated dark, look up to the sky.” Yes indeed!
