No Longer Searching

Having loved enough and lost enough,
I’m no longer searching
just opening,

no longer trying to make sense of pain
but trying to be a soft and sturdy home
in which real things can land.

These are the irritations that rub into a pearl.*

~ Mark Nepo

Beyond searching is opening and acceptance of life and it’s irritations. There is hidden treasure there.

It is only after having loved truly and lost it all, comes the courage to let it all go and experience love in it’s truest form – unconditional
