Haiku – joy in your heart

Joy lies in your heart
Let it grow and transform you
Find Your Middle Ground
~

Joy and gratitude go hand in hand. It may be ignited by certain people, circumstances or memories, but it is already there. The more grateful we are, the more we realize we have enough, and more.

When we pause and take time to be present, we learn to let go of our conditioning and what we  think we “should” be doing. We begin to notice the little things and let them light up our lives.

We step into the fullness of life.

I call this Finding your Middle Ground.

  14. In my very short knowledge of your blog. It already helps a lot! This is an award free blog, I noticed, but I would still love to nominate you as a mystery blogger. Perhaps more people would someday be enlightened by the simplicity of magnificent posts.

    Thank you so much.

  15. Val, I’m just now reconnecting with the JOY in my Heart. You have no idea how good it feels to FEEL Love again, to FEEL real JOY again. I’ve been so immersed in too much pain but it seems yesterday I’ve broken through. Thank you for these words. I embrace them!! 🌹

    1. Yes indeed Amy. When we have been struggling with loss and negative feelings, our hearts close. We forget how to feel … until love shows the way.
So glad you have found your heart center again. 🙏❤️

About Me

My name is Val Boyko, a dual citizen living near Philadelphia, originally from Scotland.

This blog came to life one morning in 2013.  I woke up with these words in my mind:  “Life is a series of highs and lows. Be grateful for the highs. Be graceful in the lows. And find contentment in your Middle Ground.”

Find Your Middle Ground blog started to explore, reflect, ask deep questions, share insights about awakening, and connect with wonderful people like yourself. Thank you for being here and being such an inspiration.
