* Inspiration – Love and Wisdom

flow of life

“Sometimes I feel I am everything, I call that Love.
Sometimes I feel I am nothing, I call that Wisdom.
Between Love and Wisdom
my life continuously flows.”

~ Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj

Such a beautiful way of looking at life in balance.

Let us all keep flowing between Love and Wisdom.

  4. His I Am That is surely one of the magisterial works of spiritual literature. I’ve even bought copies to give away, it seems so important a text. ๐Ÿ™‚

  9. Nisargadatta Maharaj once said: (You probably have this already.) eve x

โ€œWisdom tells me I am nothing. Love tells me I am everything. Between these two, my life flows.โ€ โ€˜I am nothingโ€™ does not mean there is a void or a wasteland within. What it means is that with constant awareness we open to a clear, unimpeded space, without centre or boundaries, there is nothing separate. Being nothing in this way, we are also, inevitably, everything there is. โ€œEverythingโ€ does not mean self- importance or the egotistical idea that self-aggrandisement is everything, but a decisive recognition of interconnection; we are not separate. Both the clear open space of โ€˜nothingโ€™ and the interconnectedness of โ€˜everything;โ€™ awakens us to our true nature.โ€

  10. Wonderful, nothing and everything what does it really make me think about? When I meditate and separate my mind and forget about my body I am nothing yet I feel alive and full of everything? Not sure if it makes sense but life goes on no matter.
