* Say Yes to What’s Here

what's alive in youWhat’s alive in you?

Say yes to what’s here in this moment.

Everything else is history or projecting into the future.

How you see yourself is based on past experiences that are now memories and images of what you imagine.

You are always changing.

Life is always flowing.

Yet your essence remains constant.

Say yes to this part of yourself in this moment.

Accept the flow of change.

Take time to pause, connect with your inner being, and let go of resistance.

Let the energy flow.

  4. Love this – I’ve been working hard on seeing my self, and others, as we are NOW, not as we used to be, or what I hope we become.

    1. Yes Kate, It is a practice – and something I had no awareness of until around 10 years ago. Still working on it!
