Kripalu Training Awaits

Kripalu in springToday, I head north toย Kripalu Yoga Center in the Berkshires. Thereโ€™s still snow on the ground and cold winter temps to greet me. The perfect time to be nourished and restored.

I will stay in touch this time around.

Cheers!
