  3. I tend to keep things simple, but every once in a while I complicate things. this is a good reminer to focus on keeping things simple…

          1. it was actually someone who teaches a class at Villanova. I asked her to come in and teach a class I am offering for special needs students. I got to participate a bit, in between helping the students do some of the poses…
