A change in season
A new dawn and a new day
Follow nature's cue
~
spring dawn

Welcome to the April community news. As I wrote the haiku for this month, I realized that the southern hemisphere is going through a different kind of new dawning. Its a time for releasing rather than sap arising. No matter where you are in the world, follow nature’s guidance. ๐Ÿ™

It’s time to get out into nature and enjoy the gifts of the season! I am working again at Chanticleer Garden in Wayne, PA and hope to see some of you in person on most Wednesday afternoons and Saturdays. Parking reservations are required via their (new!) website

Give yourself the gift of Gentle Yoga and Mindful Movement to support you through this change of season and this year of transformation!

The winds of change continue to play out in the world around us, bringing anxiety and concerns for others and our world. Its a special time to recall that Yoga is a sacred practice to honor the present moment and find peace within… as well refreshing body, mind and spirit.

I am here for the month of April, and hope you will join me. Please note a change in schedule. Sunday’s nourishing practice will be one hour from 10.30am – 11.30am ET.

๐ŸŽˆPOP-UP YOGA๐ŸŽˆWe meet in the second Thursday of the month. Find Your Middle Ground blog started to explore, reflect, ask deep questions, share insights about awakening, and connect with wonderful people like yourself. Thank you for being here and being such an inspiration.
