Yoga Coming Home

“Yoga is not a work-out, it is a work-in. It guides me into the present, opens my heart and brings me home.”

While I was away in Scotland with friends, family and wedding celebrations, it felt like home.

The rocks and earth, air and breeze, salt and sea, trees and flowers, lochs and rivers…. all fill me with deep joy and contentment. I didn’t do my regular yoga practice, but spent time being present to what was unfolding around me and within me.

Enjoy these moments with me.

I am visiting family and friends in Scotland, and have just returned from a few days in Paris with Don and my Mum.

Hoping to capture more moments like jewels.

We will be flying to Scotland later and then on to Tuscany for a few days.  I will not be posting while away, but hope to check in with some of you.

Its been a tough few days. May the bracing Scottish air, family and some delightful Chianti’s replenish and nourish our souls💛

* Discover Isle of Skye

I was inspired by  David Kanigan’s Beachy Head video this morning. Flying high over the south coast of England. Being a Scot, I had to share one of my favorite magical places in Scotland – The Isle of Skye. Enjoy the rousing music and breathtaking views 🙂
