Steps to Transformation

 The following are the 13 steps that I work on with my coaching clients.

Steps 1-5 are part of the Discovery Phase of coaching. This is an important part of coaching as it establishes the foundation for moving forward.

  1. Identify and use your natural talents and strengths
  2. Ensure your needs are met
  3. Express your values every day
  4. Know what you do uniquely well
  5. Tap into your passion

Steps 6-8 are the Action Planning phase of coaching

  1. Establish intentions and goals
  2. Determine 2-3 Key Initiatives to take for each goal
  3. Decide on the Next Best Action for each initiative

Steps 9-11 are the Implementation phase of coaching

  1. Build strategies to keep on track and stretch the goals
  2. Shrink the resistance and handle what gets in the way
  3. Continue assessment of actions and goals

Step 12-13 is the final phase of Ongoing Assessment and Progress

  1. Celebrate progress and results
  2. Live life from your Center
