Thank you for being part of our Middle Ground Community as we move towards more light and possibilities together!

Our First POP-UP Yoga Practice is taking place at The Living Room music venue in Ardmore! Please let me know if you plan to join me as space is limited.

Thursday February 9th from 10.00am-11.00am, at the Living Room and Cricket Cafe, Cricket Avenue, Ardmore PA.

This is the perfect time to meet yoga friends in person again, and check in with your alignment, for a safe and nourishing yoga practice.

Winter is a time for reflection, looking inwards, and deeply nourishing ourselves. We build inner reserves and take time to reflect on what inspires us for the new year ahead. It’s also a time for gentle flow, as we honor the grace of the Water Element in Chinese Philosophy.

The Yoga schedule for February remains the same.

For those thinking of joining me for the first time, or bringing a friend, then remember that the first class is free 😎

Gentle Flow Yoga

A gentle flow class with some challenge for people with yoga experience


12.00pm – 1.00pm EST

Gentle Yoga Hour

Beginners are welcome at this gentle class for every body. Focus on core strength, flexibility and balance.


9.30am – 10.45am EST

Gentle Energy Yoga

A combination of Yin and Yang yoga with Qi Gong for every body.


10.30am – 11.45am EST

Gentle Yoga

A nourishing yoga class for every body – Beginners welcome!

All regular classes are online via Zoom.

A private link will be sent before the meeting.

🎈 POP-UP YOGA Thursday Feb 9th 10.00am – 11.00am at The Living Room, Cricket Ave, Ardmore. Suggested donation is $20

❄️ Walks at Stoneleigh in Villanova at 12.00 noon on other Thursdays.

Drop-ins to class are always welcome. Monthly members of the Yoga Community will also have access to all live classes and FREE video recordings.

There is a sliding scale of donations to show your appreciation for practicing together and being in community. Those with lesser means will not be turned away, and others who have more, can share more. This is not a business model, but a model based on generosity of spirit and Middle Ground Principles.

Drop In – Sliding Scale Donation $10.00 – $15.00

Choose your pledge amount based on your means and appreciation for practicing together in community. (Please pay before class)

Monthly Membership – Sliding Scale Donation $60.00 – $150.00

Monthly members receive recordings of all live classes and a Vimeo showcase of videos to watch at any time. (Please pay at the beginning of the month)

  2. Sounds wonderful. I love your depiction of winter. The winter season has so much to teach us…it’s one of my favorite times of year. I’m not a summer person, I’m a winter person. “Find your middle ground” really speaks to me as well as a gentle, non-self-judgmental approach. 😊
