๐Ÿ Find Your Middle Ground Gathering – Saturday October 22nd at 12 noon EST ๐Ÿ

heart leaves

I have just returned from a Loving Kindness retreat at Kripalu center in the Berkshires. It was a heart warming and inspiring experience. It was even sweeter as I went with some of my favorite people!

We all want to plug in and connect with others who understand us and love us just the way we are. For many of us, it didn’t happen in our childhood, but there is still the possibility of making these connections now, as part of our spiritual journey.

I am offering this Middle Ground Gathering (on Zoom) to bring together like- minded souls, to share and experience some transformational practices that awaken our hearts, shift our consciousness and support our spiritual growth.

In community, we will celebrate the season of Autumn and bring more Loving Kindness into our lives. There will also be some journalling and gentle movement.

The Middle Ground Gathering on the 22nd is from 12.00 noon EST to 1.30pm EST (9.00am -to 10.30am PST – 17.00pm to 18.30pm BST)

Donations for this event are optional.

Please email me at valboyko@icloud.com or complete the form below if you would like to join me, and I will send the Zoom link before we meet.

Thank you for being here,

Val ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿงก
