Find Your Middle Ground"

I hope your summer has gone well, and you have enjoyed the warmth of the weather and connecting with family and friends! We are moving into a more mellow time of year. In Chinese Philosophy, this is the season of late summer where we connect more with the Earth and feel grounded in preparation for the letting go in Fall.

The theme for September is to embrace the Earth Element, nourishing ourselves, and finding balance in this time of transition. We will also build strength and flexibility while feeling more at ease and supported on our mat and in life!

Please note that I will be on vacation in Tuscany after class on September 14th and will return to practice on Wednesday 28th. See below for suggested discounted donations.
