The theme for April is embracing the Wood Element. Wood represents the surging energy of Spring. It’s about renewal and growth, hope for the future and exuberant self expression! Our focus this month will be to build strength and flexibility while inspiring self expression in your yoga practice. Should be fun!

Gentle Flow Yoga

A gentle flow class with some challenge for people with yoga experience

WEDNESDAY

9.30am – 10.45am EST

Gentle Yoga

Beginners are welcome at this gentle class for every body.

FRIDAY

9.30am – 10.45am EST

Gentle Energy Yoga

A combination of Yin and Yang yoga with Qi Gong

SUNDAY

10.30am – 11.45am EST

Gentle Yoga

A nourishing yoga class for every body

All regular classes are online via Zoom.

🌸 LOCAL APRIL EVENTS🌸

🌸 POP UP cherry blossom celebration! On a sunny warm day let’s meet at Stoneleigh!

🌸 Chanticleer walks on Thursdays at 11.30am. Connect to nature and with each other. Parking reservations required.

Drop-ins to class are always welcome. Monthly members of the Yoga Community will also have access to all live classes and FREE video recordings.

There is a sliding scale of donations to show your appreciation for practicing together and being in community. Those with lesser means will not be turned away, and others who have more, can share more. This is not a business model, but a model based on generosity of spirit and Middle Ground Principles.


Drop In – Sliding Scale Donation $10.00 – $15.00

Choose your pledge amount based on your means and appreciation for practicing together in community.

(Please pay before class)

Monthly Community Member – Sliding Scale Donation $60 – $150

Choose your pledge amount based on your means, number of classes you anticipate for the month and your support for the community. As a member you will also receive bonus video recordings to view in your own time.

(Please pay at the beginning of the month)

About Val Boyko

Val Boyko is originally from Scotland and came to the United States over 25 years ago. At "Find Your Middle Ground" Val brings together her experience as a life coach, yoga teacher and mentor, to inspire awakening to the light and inspiration within us all.
