It looks like I’ve brought the blowy wet Scottish weather with me! Let’s welcome November and start to prepare for shorter and cooler days ahead.
Now that Chanticleer is closed, I will be walking in Stoneleigh on Thursday mornings at 10.10am. I hope some of you can join me for meditative walking and community 🍂💝🍂
The yoga schedule with remain the same for this month. Remember, its the same link for all the classes I am teaching!
For community members I will record all classes and have them available for 3 days on Zoom. Members will also have access to a special BONUS Showcase of classes on Vimeo.

🍂Mondays at 9.30 – 10.45 Gentle Flow Yoga (Adding some sun salutations and challenging postures)
🍂Wednesdays at 9.30 – 10.45 Gentle Yoga
🍂Fridays at 9.30 – 10.45 Gentle Energy Yoga ( A slow and gentle practice, inspired by Yin and Qi Gong)
🍂Sundays 10.30 – 11.45 Gentle Yoga
OPTIONS:Drop-ins are always welcome. Monthly community members will also have access to all Iive classes and BONUS recordings. There is a sliding scale of donations based on your means and to show your appreciation for practicing together in community.
