This is what I have to say to you. Enjoy today to its fullest.
Rather than making arrangements for tomorrow,
do the wonderful things you have longed for.
Open your heart to the joy that lies in the gift of this day.

How easily we take our days for granted,
until we realize they cannot last forever.

Being in the now is the most exciting time you have ever known.
Live today on the edge of your seat, craning towards the horizon,
ready to meet whatever comes your way.

Changes will surely come one by one.
You are ready when you lift up your heart to meet them.

  2. Very beautifully said Val. We will get there, awake each day and just smile because we can, and appreciate what we have instead of what we don’t.
May your day smile inside, your heart sing, and a butterfly land on you to remind you of the beauty all around 😀 ❤️ 🙏🏼 🦋

  6. So, so important right now, Val…perhaps more than ever! I think the pandemic has stirred something in me (well it has stirred a lot of somethings!!) about really being in the moment…really being aware of not only my surroundings but my inner thoughts and feelings and how they connect to what is happening in my little world. And maybe I want to be in that place because what is happening in the Big World seems so frightening. I just have to believe that all is well and that things will find a way to work out for the best.
Sending lots of love and light ❤

    • Thank you Lorrie. May all be well in this moment and in this breath. This is what brings us into to the present and out of our thoughts. So much stirring these days with the external, prompts us to return to the internal and what is constant here.sending you a virtual hug 💕
