  6. Thanks for this wonderful post, Val. I needed this. I had to accept a rescheduled dental appointment and go today rather than Friday and my spouse didn’t understand. It’s ok. It is what it is. Namaste!

  19. So beautiful… I have recently read T.S Eliot´s “Four Quartets”- It is a long poem, divided in 4 parts (each part with 5 sections). The first one is called “Burnt Norton”. It starts: “Time present and time past/Are both perhaps present in time future,/And time future contained in time past”… Those first verses truly resonated with me… What really “is” (exists) is This moment, the present. That´s why we should try to live each moments to its fullest…
    What might have been is an abstraction”, says Eliot (and same applies, to a certain extent with “what will be”, meaning the future…
