“Give up all questions except one: ‘Who am I?’
After all, the only fact you are sure of is that you are.
The ‘I am’ is certain. The ‘I am this’ is not.
Struggle to find out what you are in reality.
Discover all that you are not – body, feelings thoughts, time, space, this or that – nothing, concrete or abstract, which you perceive can be you.
The very act of perceiving shows that you are not what you perceive.”
~ Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj
Embrace the simplicity and the depth of your being today. Bring your self into focus.
Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj has a wonderfully clear way of describing the complexity of our human experience, and taking us on the journey home to our true selves.

“The very act of perceiving shows that you are not what you perceive.” — this is so obvious when we think about it, and yet we go in search of ourselves hoping to perceive ourselves, hoping to perceive what we are. If this were a logical position, meaning if it could bear fruit, then we would be no more than a percept. It took me so long to figure that out! Duh! H ❤

That was the very line I was going to point out! Perfect. ❤

Hey there lovely Bela! You figured out that perceiving business in three days, no doubt, but it took me 30,000 hours of meditation. I used to think I wasn’t as dumb as I look, but now I’m not so sure. Mahalo great being of Hawaiʻi! H ❤

HAHAHA! That’s our Hariod, always with a great sense of humor. Oh. My. God(dess). None of us learns this without a great deal of introspection, I’m afraid. Not on this planet anyway! I was simply out flailing about whilst you were sitting in place ohm-ing. Different means to the same end. Sending you buckets of love and well wishes at the end of yet another week on this rapidly spinning orb. ❤ ❤ ❤
