  4. I remember when you were trying to choose between this shot and the shot of the dog on the pier. Both are perfect reminders to keep moving forward as the path unfolds before us.

  7. The message is perfect, Val! And the picture reminds me of the day our son “left home” with a basket of toys under his arm. The reason: I refused to pick up his toy cars from the rose bushes…for the second time. He was almost two years old.

    • Thank you! 💛 What a great memory and image for us Tiny! I trust her learned a helpful lesson … maybe not the putting away stuff part 😉

      • He learned not to drop his little toy cars from the terrace into the rose bushes….but not the putting away stuff part 🙂 The image of him walking away with his toy basket is still priceless.

  11. I love this.. and the photo.. reminds me of when I was that age.. and I packed my bag at my Grandma’s saying I wanted to go home.. She said go on then, ( LOL I had to get to my Grands via 3 bus rides and spent the Summer holidays mainly with my grandparents..) I remember walking down the terrace st while she kept her eye on me from behind the net curtain. I got to the end, and turned around and then said I was sorry for what ever it was I got shouted at for which led me to pack my bag.. Lots of Big hugs and a lesson learned.. 🙂 LOL.. Thank you for evoking that memory .. 🙂 ❤

Have a wonderful day and rest of the week Val.. ❤

    It’s Nurturing Thursday.
I decided to join Becca Givens and I think you should, too, without invitation

Val is good enough to give me a tug by like one of the comments I posted in a blog.

Her site happens to be very nurturing in helping us to “Find Your Middle Ground”

Here’s to use and let us encourage one another by nurturing uplifting post.
