universal remote control

It was a sad and disappointing day

when I discovered my

Universal Remote Control

did not, in fact, control the Universe.

(Not even remotely)

  3. Love that, and I identify! Our router was found dead on Thursday when we got home, and the new router defied setup requiring several phone calls, one over an hour to India, after being rejected roundly by our internet provider. If I hadn’t had my smartphone, we couldn’t have registered the new router and had to do so in order to gain access to the tech support. So your universal remote wasn’t universal, but my smartphone turned out to be smart!

  15. Yes, giving up of control is a painful step. Ironically, life flows better afterwards.
